The Compliance Committee of Bolzoni S.p.A. has established a dedicated communication and information channel for any reports of irregularities or violations of the Code of Ethics and the Organizational Model in accordance with Italian law 231/01.

The reports and information received through the above channel will be treated by the Compliance Committee of Bolzoni S.p.A. with the necessary confidentiality required discretion.


In addition to the current version, approved by the Board of Directors held on 14th March 2016, here below are stored for information and consultation the previous versions of the Organizational Model ex D. Lgs. 231/01 of Bolzoni S.p.A.
